HBase cannot start region server CDH MGMT_HOME must be set

there are no error messages in this mode b/c the daemons haven't started writing yet.

Run /usr/lib64/cmf/service/hbase/hbase.sh start which is the command Cloudera Manager is sending.

Add export MGMT_HOME=/usr/share/cmf

and rerun....
