dynamic dns motorola sbg6580

The motorola router has hardcoded in the setup menu www.dyndns.org as the dynamic dns provider.

Setup an account:


dyndns provides the mapping between a static ip address 50.184.162.42 and the url name hadoop.is-very-good.org.

Setup the Motorola router for this provider and the port forwarding settings for the services you want to ssh into or provide.


Match the login account credentials from dyndns to the router settings.
