Eclipse php installation when you get the following error message:
The debug session could not be started. Please make sure that the debugger is properly configured as a php.ini directive.

Most of the web searches are useless. Make sure the php Executable option works, I had 4 options, 2 were bad which caused the error message above. This had nothing to do with the settings in the php.ini file.
